Referrals and communication
Referrals are welcomed for general gastroenterology and hepatology, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, capsule endoscopy, oesophageal physiology, inflammatory bowel disease and complex multi-system medical patients.
A collegial, responsive service
The practice works closely with referring practitioners, prioritising urgent cases and returning clear written communication after every consultation or procedure.
How to refer
Send the referral
Email a referral letter to admin@gi-bolon.com, or ask your patient to contact the rooms on 010 900 4380.
Helpful to include
Current medication, relevant bloods and imaging, and prior endoscopy reports where available.
Urgent cases
Please telephone the rooms directly so the patient can be prioritised appropriately.

Do not send patient-identifiable clinical material through the website enquiry form. Use email or telephone.
Communication back to you
Referring practitioners receive a written report after consultation or procedure, including findings, histology where applicable, and the management plan.
